Hey everyone! Sorry I am so behind on putting up pictures from Christmas. There are two reasons, 1. I've been busy (isn't that everyone's excuse) and 2. My small digital camera decided to stop working around Christmas....perfect timing! So I don't have but a few pictures from Christmas because we only had our big camera there and I don't like using that one as much. I will try to get more pictures of Aiden soon because he's been doing some funny things lately. We did have a really nice Christmas and New Year's. We were with the Carothers in Memphis for Christmas and then for New Year's Jonathan's parents came up here to stay with us. Jonathan was off for about a week and a half, so that was nice. Here are some pictures I did get from Christmas. Maybe Margie will send me some more from her camera (hint, hint)...

Aiden was definitely most interested in the food that was in his stockings. Here he is digging into the raisins. And Hercules and Boo are right there beside him just in case he drops one.
We did a reenactment of the Christmas story. Aiden was Joseph. Doesn't he make a cute little Joseph? Isabella was Mary and she was precious. Brooks was suppose to be baby Jesus, but he was napping! The dogs (that is Macy with Aiden) were the shepherds and all the guys were the Wise Men. Ron was the narrator. It was so much fun.

Well that's all I have. I know it's not much, but we're looking into what camera to buy now and if you know Jonathan he does lots of research before buying ANYTHING so it might be another week before we get another small digital camera. Until then I'll try and get some pictures of Aiden with the other camera we have. Like I said earlier, he is doing some really funny things now and we're just having so much fun with him.

Julie, we have the Canon PowerShot SD 750 and I highly highly highly recommend it. There is probably a newer model out now, which would have the same name but a different number - the salesperson should know if it's just a newer model of the same camera. Anyway, we are always satisfied with the pictures and even more so with the video. It is actually what Joe uses to film all his Winesmash.com episodes. You will not need a separate camcorder. They are a good value too.
Well, I totally agree with the Canon PowerShot. I have the 800 and I have heard they are already making the 1100 or something crazy. Easy to use and wonderful pictures! Love you!!!! You can tell Jonathan that the choice is made because I said so ;)
